Plus he would not be able to fully control the winerowers cultivating their vineyards regarding sprying or irrigation just to increase the size of they individual grape.
The family's vineyards are situated on gently rolling hills at an average altitude of 1200 metres above sea level. They try to avoide the manual interference and let nature do its job with all natural processes.

Anis Araq Qanafar

Anis Araq Qanafar is a special Lebanese arak, which is distilled four times. Thus, this arak of Lebanon is particularly gentle and pure. Furthermore, it quickly develops the typical aromas of licorice. In addition, there is a fresh touch of forest plants. And like many other Araks from Lebanon, the combination of spiciness and freshness really entices to drink more. Therefore a great Lebanese arak, which also reflects the particularity of the blue bottle in the taste. A must for arak lovers!
