Arak Brun 5 Special Reserve is a real speciality among arac drinkers and is made from the alcohol of the Oebidi grape. Today, it is distilled in the hundred-year-old cellar of Domaine des Tourelles and traditionally processed in a three-stage distillation with aniseed. The winery also grows their own aniseed in Deir el Ahmar in order to constantly control and optimize the quality.
