Accordingly, it was François-Eugène Brun who first established and used the winery and distillery in 1868. And since then, this brandy hit one headline after another. Arak Brun Classic , thus, went on to become the most famous brandy from the Bekaa.

What does Arak Brun Classic taste like?

Firstly, when you take a closer look, especially this Lebanese anise schnapps is very smooth. Moreover, it reveals elegance despite its power and fullness. In addition, there is a harmonious balance between the aromas and the freshness. Therefore it also emerges and gifts the consumer with a certain liveliness and freshness. Hence, the Arak Brun Classic is actually an incredible friend of poetic and also philosophical evenings. Of course mainly because it refreshes the participants and keeps the social round awake. And similar to the production of almost all other varieties, high-quality aniseed is being added during the last distillation. Furthermore, Domaine des Tourelles has been growing its own anise seeds for several years now. Doing this, of course, will be another method to improve the structure of their own arak. 

And last but not least, the Arak Brun Classic is then ages for one year in clay jars made in Zahle. This traditional methodmakes the arak smooth and gentle. In addition, the distillery thus also removes almost all pollutants such as ethanol.
