Arak Brun 5 Special Reserve is a real speciality among arac drinkers and is made from the alcohol of the Oebidi grape. The Schnapps was named after François-Eugène Brun, who first produced it in 1868. This brandy is now one of the most famous arak varieties in the world. Today, it is distilled in the hundred-year-old cellar of Domaine des Tourelles and traditionally processed in a three-stage distillation with aniseed. The winery also grows their own aniseed in Deir el Ahmar in order to constantly control and optimize the quality. Pale yellow color with a green hue. Great Minerals in the nose with a scent of buxus and lemon. Fresh and harmoniuous on the palate well-balanced hints of brioche, which later turn into subtle smokes notes in the finish.
