Anis Araq Qanafar is a Lebanese arak from Chateau Qanafar. In addition, the brandy is a particularly pure arak from Lebanon. According to some Lebanese, this brand has built some reputation and is already relatively known in their home country. And this despite the fact that this liquor is also one of the newer arak varieties and thus had to prove itself among the locals. This is clear especially when someone compares Anis Araq Qanafa to the traditional and old arak varietiessuch as Arak ToumaArak Fakra or Gantous & Abou Raad Gold, since Chateau Qanafar only launched its distillery years ago on the market.

But now back to the flavors. Because the Bouquet and Taste also immediately reflects the style of the elegant bottle. In this regard, the aroma is as clear and distinct as the blue color of this bottle. In this respect, the distillery has really done a great job makes something unique. And as a result, the Anis Araq Qanafar immediately stands out just like its bouquet. And similar to all the other varieties, it develops dominating nuances of plants and licorice. However, unlike others, this one turns out to be quite smooth and open. Thus, also a very charming food companion, which can be drunk alone as well. Moreover, pair-able dishes include, for example, grilled lamb or beef tartare.
