However, the 8 month in partially new and old french barriques still give the wine the desired vanilla notes. Mut most importantly it wont overtone the freshness as well as all other aromatic fruit flavors. The result is enticing and initially awakens a pleasant aroma of citrus, peach and nectarines. On the palate, however, this seems a bit exotic with Nuances of white fruits, pineapple, honey and the familiar vanilla note. This, in turn, is underpinned by a really well-integrated acidic cushion that even makes the wine pop crisply at the end. Accordingly a really successful Chardonnay!

Strong ruby red colour. Impulsive and aromatic on the nose with a bouquet of spices, cassis, black cherry, cedar, mixed to an elegant woody character and hints of laurel and clove. Fruity, round and fullbodied on the palate with aromas of forest berries and well-integrated hints of plums and vanilla.

This white wine is made from the native grape Obeideh and has a pale yellow color with a shiny green coat. Very impulsive but also harmonious on the nose with a seductive floral bouquet of white flowers, green apples, forest herbs, limes and kiwis. Accordingly, a truly seductive scent that tempts almost anyone you to drink. On the palate, however, this wine initially appears very dry, fruity and mineral.
