Rosé Désir is issued from a blend grape-variety of Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Grenache, hand-picked from clay and limestone slopes of the Bekaa valley. With a salmon-pink color and an intense floral aroma, it is successfully served with grilled and Lebanese mezzes.

This classical Syrah has a purple-blue color. It develops a harmonious, well-balanced and enduring scent on the nose with aromas of black currant, violet, blackberry and a woody hint of cedar. Full-bodied and fruity on the palate with aromas of dark berries, wild fruits and Vanilla.

A very fresh yet also full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with a pale yellow color and green reflections. In general very vivid, exotic and fruity on the nose with a seductive scent of passion fruit, guava, green apple, grapefruit and other citrus fruits. Crisp and expressive on the palate with a harmonious taste of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple underpinned by fresh herbs and a balanced as well as crisp acidity cushion. A very pleasant and charming white wine!

A really excellent Chardonnay with just the right mix of fullness, freshness and liveliness. This is mainly due to the unusually moderate aging of an actual Chardonnay! However, the 8 month in partially new and old french barriques still give the wine the desired vanilla notes. Mut most importantly it wont overtone the freshness as well as all other aromatic fruit flavors. The result is enticing and initially awakens a pleasant aroma of citrus, peach and nectarines. On the palate, however, this seems a bit exotic with Nuances of white fruits, pineapple, honey and the familiar vanilla note. This, in turn, is underpinned by a really well-integrated acidic cushion that even makes the wine pop crisply at the end. Accordingly a really successful Chardonnay!

A typical and summerly but also unique rose from the Provence. Initially a soft salmon color in the glass. Floral, refreshing and fruity on the nose with a scent of grapefruit, lemons and red fruits such as cherries and strawberries. Mineral, fresh and crisp on the palate with flavors of more citrus, raspberries and other red berries.

Bright yellow color with golden reflections. This white wine is made from the native grape Obeideh and has a pale yellow color with a shiny green coat. Very impulsive but also harmonious on the nose with a seductive floral bouquet of white flowers, green apples, forest herbs, limes and kiwis. Accordingly, a truly seductive scent that tempts almost anyone you to drink. On the palate, however, this wine initially appears very dry, fruity and mineral. This is soon followed by lively aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and green fruits which are accompanied by a good structure. Thus, an exceptional fruity white wine with diversity!

Muscat Vin Doux Naturel 2021 is a semi-dry white wine with the typical floral fragrance of a Muscat embracing aromas of white flowers, honey, orange peel, rose petals and tropical fruits on the nose. A truly harmonious and inviting Bouquet. Fresh, exotic and powerful on the palate with flavors of passion fruit, peach, sweet apricots as well as honeydew melon. The pleasant acid cushion carries the flavors into the length and gives the wine just the right freshness.

Blanc Finesse is a A light and refreshing white wine with a light golden color. first it develops explosive aromas in the nose. Then it releases an aromatic scent of white ripe fruits. And the palate is honest and uncomplicated. And this despite the fact that the wine has had oak. Therefore this charming white wine surprises with lightness and an intense flavour of exotic fruits such as pineapple.

Impulsive on the nose with complex aromas of red fruits. Fresh, velvety and fruity on the palate with a well balanced acidity, round tannins and a subtle, but tempting aroma from red fruits such as strawberries and cherries.

This wine has a deep and very dark garnet color. An aromatic scent of blacks fruits embraces itself in the nose. Well-structured, full-bodied and fleshy on the palate with an aroma of mixed dark fruits and a subtle touche of minerals. The finish is round and long-lasting.
