Arak Brun Classic (0.7L) from Domaine des Tourelles belongs first of all to the most known arak varieties of Lebanon. The reason for this is not only the excellent quality but also the reputation of the distillery itself. Accordingly, it was François-Eugène Brun who first established and used the winery and distillery in 1868. And since then, this brandy hit one headline after another. Arak Brun Classic , thus, went on to become the most famous brandy from the Bekaa.
What does Arak Brun Classic taste like?

About the production of this aniseed brandy.
The alcohol of this brandy is obtained from the native Obeidi grape. A very strong and acidic grape variety, which today is also used for the production of Lebanese wines. Of course, primarily in order to create the structure. Furthermore, the grapes are then fermented in normal stainless steel tanks. Accordingly, Domaine des Tourelles distills the resulting alcohol then three more three more times.
