Rouge des Tourelles 2013

Domaine des Tourelles Rose is a summer rosé with a golden rose color and orange highlights. On the nose, an explosive bouquet of wild strawberries, gooseberries, cherries, currants and tropical fruits. The palate is both creamy and fresh with a summer berry note, cherries, grapefruit, lime, red berries and hints of orange. 

This wine, spicy in character, creates a real firework in the mouth before ending with a note that is elegant, flowery and balanced. The vine parcels of this wine have been carefully selected from high altitude Lebanese mountains to make it a very pleasurable delight to savor.

Domaine des Tourelles White 2018 has a limpid golden colour with green highlights. In the nose a floral bouquet of apricots, ripe mangos, pears, litchi and pineapple with an underlining scent of Jasmine. Dry, full-bodied and exotic on the palate with aromas of white stone fruits, a well-beleanced acidity and dominant honey aroma.

A honest wine with a ruby red colour and vivid reflections. A distinct scent of dark berries, raspberry, cinnamon and morello cherries in the nose. Juicy, dry and smooth on the palate with notes liquorice and chocolate rounded by a fruity finish. An uncomplicated wine for many occasions.

Dense purple-red colour. This wine evokes an exciting bouquetof black currants, blackberries, boysenberries, black cherries, licorice and ceder wood. The palate is well-structured and develops a concentrated aroma of fruits and integrated tannins with spicy notes of oak wood. The finish is long and aromatic.

This strong and robust wine has a dark red color. The nose is intense and embraces scents of cherries, plums and resins. The pallet is complex and develops well-balanced aromas of candied and dark fruits with hints of Mon Chéri and vanilla. The finish is round and enduring.

Arak Ksarak (0,7L) from Chateau Ksara, the largest winery in Lebanon, is an outstanding arak variety. This national drink is made from the finest grapes and of course aniseed from the Al-Henah region of Mount Hermon (considered to be the finest aniseed in the world). A gold-yellow colour with green reflections. This dry and exotic wine is well-balanced and develops an autstanding and finesse honey aroma with hints of acacia and cedar.

This is a fresh and charmin rose wine. On the nose aroma of red fruits, peach and grape fruits. Citrus on the pallete with subtle aromas of forest berries and exotic fruits.

A cherry coloured wine, limpid and brilliant, with purple reflections. Revealing notes of vanilla, coconut, cooked fruits, fruits, pepper and coffee in the nose. The palate of this wine is complex, full-bodied, well-balanced and round with aromas combining fruits, coffee and spices.

A bright yellow with green reflections. Elegant and intense in the nose with a scent of peach, citrus and exotic fruits. Fruity and well-balanced on the palate with a good structure and unique aromas of fresh and tropical fruits.

A powerful and robust rosè wine with an salmon pink colour. Fruity with hints of ripe strawberries in the nose and round with a spicy and fresh aroma of red berries in the mouth. The finish has a long and vivid taste.

Very beautiful nose, perfumed and very fine, with aromas of slightly acid and peppered cherry, with nuances of patchouli, as well as some light tobacco which is added after a brief stay in the glass. The mouth is still compact with tight and very fine tannins. The body is elegant and virile, with flavors of ripe cherry, accompanied with a subtle mineral side.

Jeune Red is impulsive and vivid on the nose with scents of blackcurrants, red berries, cherries, preserved plums, blueberries and hints of violets. Intense, spicy and fruity on the palate with charming flavors of cinnamon, sour cherries, dark fruits, nutmeg and winter spices. The finish is velvety and persistent.

Purple red colour with silver reflections. Impulsive, complex and powerful on the nose with a smoky and spicy aroma of dark fruit, roasted coffee, dark chocolate underlined by hints of red fruit, licorice  white pepper and cloves. Full-bodied and intense on the palate with elegant aromas of dark fruit, chocolate and a hint of cloves. 

Arack Musar is indeed a truly elegant Lebanese arak. But first the brandy is distilled about three times. Of course only with alcohol of the best grapes. And later on it matures in clay jars for exactly five years. Furthermore, this maturation makes the arak gentle and smooth on the palate. And once you try your first sip you will realize harmonious and subtle nuances of licorice and forest plants. Thus, this brandy is also an ideal food companion to all meat dishes.
