Arak Wardy is a traditional and traditional drink of Lebanon. This first-class Lebanese Araq Arak Wardy is obtained from Obeidi, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Domaine Wardy then distills the alcohol three times with fresh aniseed seeds in copper stills with double boiler (bain-marie). And last but not least the almost finished Arak matures for 2 years in clay jugs. A really outstanding Arak, which reflects the Lebanese Arak culture.

Pale lemon in colour with fruity and herby aromas – of apricots, white peaches, pears, honeysuckle and elderflower. The grapes were very fragrant and vibrant in 2013 which has resulted in an aromatic wine with a hint of nuttiness on the rich, textured palate with gentle acidity and a peachy finish.

One of the oldest araq (arak) varieties in the Arab world, which has been produced and improved by Michel El Khazen since 1828. The world-famous arak is not only a high quality aniseed schnapps but also unique in its production because it is made by special distillation techniques. In addition, the schnapps is stored for three years in a supernaturally large cistern of clay to allow the arak to mature at its best. It is a legendary and secret recipe, which guarantees the success through the distillation and innovative maturation techniques.
Offspring of the Cinsault and Syrah happy marriage, it is a young, lively and active wine. It has a strawberry color, a nose full of freshness dominated by flower notes, hony melon and red fruits. The mouth is greedy and fruity.

Arak As-Samir of Chateau Nakad is made from high quality grape alcohol. The winery is located in Jdita in the Bekaa Valley and is one of the oldest distilleries in the Orient. Like with all other arak green anis seed is fused with the alcohol during the last distillation.
